1. Validity

  • Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Usage

  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on bramblyhedge.com for eligible products.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

3. Balance & Partial Payments

  • If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method.
  • If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card until expiry.

4. Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

5. Refunds

Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our standard refund policy.
